This Friday, March 24, at 7pm organizers and volunteers will be gathering at the Library Center in Meeting Room A. There’s a lot to discuss and many tasks to delegate. If you want to see the Springfield March For Science turn into a success, then show up and see what you can help out with.
We’ll be covering the following items:
– Passing out flyers
– Arranging for voter registration & petitions
– Brainstorm on other orgs to approach
– Tasks needed for the day of the event
– Signs & sign making party
– Discuss banner design for front of the march
– Folding, stuffing & stamping letters & flyers to local businesses (we’ve got 80 on the list)
– And various other things
