The final volunteers meeting will be held the evening of Wednesday, April 19, from 7pm to 9pm. The library system has some amazing rooms to reserve, but they are all taken up that day, so instead the Unitarian Universalist Church located at 2434 E Battlefield Rd, Springfield has graciously opened the doors of their main room to us.
We encourage all volunteers who plan on being at the event to attend this meeting. We will be covering the following:
